Leasing space for business, new bar teneant next door causing many problems. No help from landlord. What are my rights
Bar issues include constant trash in front of my business, left over open containers of alcohol and broken beer bottles in parking lot. Overnight parking in front of my business from bar customers who drank too much and left their car directly in front of my business. Landlord aware of all and minimal has been done to correct situation. If anything, it has gotten worse because bar owners are not being held responsible so there are some acts like mouth prints all over our store front window and deliberate trash left in front of our door. My feeling is I now have to step up my actions and was thinking local Town counsil comlplaint on open alcohol container for their liquor license regulation. What advice if any do you have?
