I am an only daughter, and my brother will not give me my mothers jewelry that she wanted to go to me . Can I sue to get what is rightfully mine?

It was known through friends and family that I was supposed to get my mothers jewelry when she passed. My brother had her write her will when she had alzheimers and did not put it in the will {I was not present when she wrote her will} that I was to get her jewelry. She later wrote and signed on the will that I was to get her jewelry. My brother still will not let me have what she wanted me to have. I have plenty of witnesses that were present when my mother said that her jewelty went to me, long before she had alzheimers. What can I do. I am her only daughter and have a daughter of my own, who the ring is supposed to be passed down to. My brother is not married and has no children. this is really hurting me that he is being so selfish. Whatr can I do
