Do I have to pay spousal support to my soon to be ex husband?


My husband and I have been married for 2-1/2 years. He has had 10 jobs in the 2-1/2 years and has been on unemployment. The most he has made is about $20,000 a year. I filed for a divorce recently. He now is taking me to court to get spousal support. I make about $60,000 and support my daughter from a previous relationship. He wants $1,200 a month! I can not afford that. He claims he "can't find a job" and that I should pay, what are you thoughts? Will he get this much??!! and if so, for how long? Also, he took my wedding ring, don't I get that back?
