Do I have a case against my former employer?

I want to know if I have a case against my former employer. I started my menstrual cycle at work (a famous restaurant), and notified my manager who would not let me leave the restaurant to purchase protection of any kind, and there was none in the restaurant or none of the other female employees had any. I was forced to serve food for 2 hours while, bleeding the whole time. I told my manager more than once about the situation and he would not let me leave the restaurant. At the end of my shift he asked me to continue to work and he wouldn't take the daily drop from me, and I threw the money down and walked out. A few weeks later I was fired for "my behavior". I am involved in mediation with them at this time with no representation. I have even been offered a settlement. Please help!
