A photo of me in the privacy of my home was taken by someone outside.

The photo was taken by a fellow employee who lives in an adjacent house. The photo was circulated throughout the company we both work for, including management. The photo allegedly shows drug activity. Management as well as other employees colluded to determine drug use. No evidence was found. Fellow employee that took photo continues to monitor my activity around my home and report back to employer. I'm forced to live like a hermit, close windows, etc. Its horrible.
