Can I legally stop my kids grandmother from harassing me?

I live in Florida and have custody of my two children. Their mother and maternal grandmother live in Arizona. The maternal grandmother calls and calls and calls harassing me, saying she has grandparent rights! If she is not calling she is emailing us with threatening letter. When my kids ask to call their mother or grandmother they are always allowed. The grandmother has orchestrated the kidnapping of one of her grandchildren, and assisted the mother of my two children in running with the kids to Nevada after I was awarded custody.

Is there anything I can do legally to STOP the grandmothers harassment once and for all?
