I live with my domestic partner in her coop unit. The board of directors says I have no right at all because I am not the SHARE HOLDER on record. What rights do i have


I can't ask for any repairs or attend any meeting called by BD nor speak at any meetings.The BD allows OTHER non share holders to enjoy perks where as i cant. "YOUR NOT A SHARE HOLDER" The BD picks its complants to address. It allows the workers to bully the owners into using them for repairs at a price.
