How can i sue for a straw purchase?

I recently purchased a Dodge Charger 2007 on 08/07/08. I was misled and scam by an employee at Crain, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep name Tyrone Gamble. He sold me a used car that was pre-owned two months ago on 06/27/08. Mr. Gamble told me the car note would be $369 a month, if I let my boyfriend step father to co-sign for the car. At the end of the day I found out the car note was going to be $480 a month. We also ask him if we had to sign all the additional warranty and extra paper work. He replies by saying yes. I have not been able to sleep, think, or function since we signed those papers. I tried to take the car back that following Wednesday 08/13/08 hopes of getting a cheaper car note, but he insisted me and said that I could get ANYONE with a good credit score to co-sign for me. Mr. Gamble kept pressuring me to keep the car. He also sent me away with a credit application; to ask anyone to co-sign for me. To my knowledge that is against the law known as Straw purchase. "A straw purchase is any purchase where the buyer is not eligible to own the purchased item according to the law and therefore purchases the item through a proxy buyer. Although it usually refers to the purchase of illegal firearms, the term can refer to almost anything bought or sold illegally." We have not received any type of financial papers. I know that this is not the normal way any company does business. I was wondering if there is any way we can get this problem solved quickly and as quietly as possible.
