I have been working for my brother-in-law for a little over a year, he has filed for a divorce from my sister about 3 months ago but he had assured me that I will still have a job there. It has been miserble since he has filed for the divorce though, he is not suppose to be talking about the divorce or about sister to me ( he could be found in contempt ) he has said some horrible remarks about my sister and my mother on different occasions and I have walked away because I was trying to keep my job until I was able to find another. I have decided to quit my job because of the remarks that he made two weeks ago, I haven't given him a notice and I have an expense account (which I have all of my receipts) and I have a company truck which I only use for work that I will be turning in I just want to be paid for the time I worked, I have heard that he always finds away to not to pay someone their full check. What are my rights and what should I do to be sure that I will get what I'm entitled
