If a vendor gives a business a discount can they take it back?

I own my own business. I had a vendor give me a discount. I decided to close my business April 2008. With the discount I owed this company $13,000.00, when they found out I was closing they sent me a new A/R and added back in the discount so now I owe them $20,000.00. I have been told that once they gave me the discount that invoice became a binding contract and they could not take it back. Is that true? They are wanting to come and get $50,000.00 worth of inventory and mill work instead of letting me pay the $13,000.00. What are my rights?
