Can i be sued for propery damage on a motorcycle if its been in my possesion for more than 3 yrs, but still belongs to someone else?


My husband has been storing a harley davidson motorcycle in our garage for a female friend for more than 3 yrs without charge. i found out they ran up a $2900.00 phone bill, in my name, talking to each other! an affair? they deny that. needless to say i lost it!! i damaged the harley out of hurt and anger! my husband kicked me out of the house, got everything and i got all the bills!! can she sue me for the damages, even though the bike was in my garage all this time?
