What are my odds of winning in court, If I sue a home warranty company for fraud?


I received a home warranty from HMS Homesure Services Inc. The home warranty was written in such a way as to exclude any real, probable, or possible problem related to.... in this case..... my electrical breaker box. I got this warranty from my seller and had no say in choosing this policy. It is pure junk. Now they are denying my claim... which is electrical problems. Of course they are denying it... they deny every scenario that can possibly happen!!! Please help advise me on this. The AG office was a joke, and no help. I can't afford a lawyer.
