Is my employer responsible for injuries I received from a car accident suffered on the job?


My car was struck while I was driving it for work. The car was totalled and I was badly injured. Have not been able to work for moths. I have diagnosed neuropathy in both legs and the doctors have indicated I may not be able to go back to work. Should my legal suit be against both the driver of the car that hit me and the company I worked for when the accident occurred?
