Can I sue the executor of my fathers estate?
My father passed away, and left his uncle as executor of his estate. His hospital bill was enormous, so everything has been sold, but now I'm finding out that most of his stuff was sold to his friends and family way below market value, so now the only thing left if his house he owned that I wanted to keep, but they want me to come up with the rest of the money to pay the hospital bill. They first said I needed to borrow 60,000 to keep it and now they want 80,000. They say it's closer to market value. I feel if he would have sold everything else for a little more, I wouldn't be having to go throught this. He also told me he would let me know every move he makes and every transaction he made, and I've not seen anything. I just would like to know my options. I live in Tennessee
