I was charged with a petty larceny crime for stolen checks and ordered only to pay restitution. No time no probation, and i paid the restitution. could any other charges or cases be brought up against me?


The original amount that was stated to be dtolen was 115,000 and i plead guilty and they only charged me with petty larceny for the amount of 3,600. is it possible to be charged with anything else in this case or can there be a different charge be brought against me after i have already plead guilty to the initial charges.
