In order to launch a new product, computer vision place the foll. advertisement in the newspaper: "new computers at give away prices. they will be sold for 100$ to the first ten customers who reply enclosing a cheque for $100 or come to the store." Tom posted a letter to computer visions enclosing a cheque for $100. he was one of the first customers to respond to the advertisement. computer visions cancelled the sale after Tom letter was already posted. advise Tom to his legal rights
