Can I sue a privately owned bar for being attacked by the bouncer that caused injuries that are requiring me to have surgery?
I was attacked by a bouncer in private club and he blew my knee out. I am now looking at 4-6 months to heal after surgery in Oct./2007, physical therapy, surgery, lots of medical bills. I haven't been normal since this occurred at the end of June/2007, plus I am looking at a long recovery. My doctor said that my knee will never be normal again and that I am more prone to problems in the future. What are my options. Your help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
I currently reside in Ogen, UT
