Must a criminal suspect be read their mirana rights before being asked by the police for a confession?
I took a voluntary polygraph test which I was told by detectives i failed (at the time I did not know this is normal procedure used by them to coerce a confession) Before i started to confess to the crime which i know i did not do are the detectives required to advise me of my miranda rights?
