Is there a way to get out of a lease the day after signing it if the safety of the apartment was misrepresented?


I had never been to the apartment at night before signing my lease. Because I am a mid-20s female with a mid-20s roommate, I asked about the safety before signing, and the leasing agent assured me of the safety. My lease started today, but as I moved my last few boxes from the car to the apartment, I realized that this apartment is not safe at all!!! I'm going tomorrow morning to try to get out of it on the basis of misrepresentation of safely of the apartment complex, but what are my chances of getting out of the lease without a fee?
