I have an ex boyfriend who owes me a large sum of money. I believe more than small claims court would allow. How do I go about getting him to pay what he owes?
He owes me money for paying to keep him out of jail for failure to pay his restitution. He also owes money to me for a cell phone I purchased with the agreement he would pay for it once he got money and would pay his part of the bill. He also lived with me for nine months and I would like to see some of his part paid if not all of it because over and over we went on in the situation that he was going to pay when he got a job. Well he has gotten a job and has the money and is just not paying me back.
