How to stop harrassing calls from ex-boyfriend?


I have an ex-boyfriend that I had to put a peace bond out on so that he cannot call, write, or contact others in the interest of getting information about me or contacting me. After changing my telephone he began writing me from out of state (he moved after being served the order). Then he began to call my friends, call me at work (I am a teacher at a school) and calling my brother posing as someone else to try and trick me into calling him and to trick him into giving out information about me. What can I do to stop him? The magistrate court won't do anything because he is now out of the county so they can't serve him with a violation subpeona.
