I think my question is a widely asked one and comes down to a credit card company coming after my former husband who lives with me. he is legally disabled has nothing in his name. i own a house, etc. the card was opend in his name only with me being a authorized user. i have been threatened to have a black mark put on my credit and to drag us both to court.
