Does anyone know why EVERYTHING is going condo all-of-a-sudden? All of the apartment complexes around here (Sarasota, FL) are going condo within a couple of months of each other and people like me who don't want to own (or can't afford it) already pay out the nose for rent - how much more are they going to raise the rent after these units are sold (and sold WAY ABOVE any price that they're worth)?! The construction is terrible in these newer complexes, but the older ones haven't been kept up. What are we supposed to do???!!!
