I purchased furniture from Art Van in 6/99 by using there credit card (which is owned by Household Bank). The agreement was for one year same as cash on the card. I am now being sued by a collection agency for this amount. I never made a payment. Is this a sales agreement or an open account agreement and what would the statute of limitations be?
