I have been renting a mobile home for about 8 months now on the assumption that I was leasing to own. I have recently found out that the woman that I am renting from does not own the property at all. The home is in her sisters name and her sister is in bankruptcy. Legally can she rent to me at all since the home is not in her name and her sister whom owns the home is in bankruptcy?
