Does this clause enable my landlord to raise my rent in the middle of the lease (PA)?


LEASE TERMNATION CLAUSE: The landlord may terminate this lease at the end of the term by giving the other party two months written notice prior to the end of the term. if no notice to terminate is given by either party, this lease shall continue upon the same terms and conditions for anothr 1 year and so on from year to year unless terminated. if the landlord gives one month written notice prior to the end of the lease, that he will change certain terms and conditions of the lease, and the tenant remains in the premises after the effective date set forth in the notice, the tenant will be considered to have accepted the new tems and conditions as provided in such notice.
