Can a roommate break the lease as a result of physical assaulting me?
My roommate and I got into a physical fight which left marks on her. She honestly started or touched me first. I called the cops after she left but they said there was nothing for them to do. A week later she files an interim peace order stating that she fears for her life in order to try to break the lease. What can i do?
