Forget These Diet Devices

Good Lord, one thing with a home office or Third Wave practice is that you might not get as much exercise.  You need to make sure you do.  And, when you can go rumble through the frig at will, you might524318451_388a8ec9b2_2 want to be careful about what you consume.  In this regard, Jodi Lipper and Cerina Vincent, the authors of How to Eat Like a Hot Chick, recently posted an article on HuffPo entitled, 6 Rediculous Diet Divices.  In short order, these are:

   1. Diet Gum and Diet Sucking Candies
2. Skinny Water
3. Diet Coke Plus
4. Protein Water
5. Diet Cookies

From my perspective, I was also shocked to learn that chocolate cake, Girl Scout cookies, and eating a half gallon of ice cream at one sitting is probably not good for you either.

What could possibly be next?  Brownies?

Yes?

Of give me a break!  How could brownies be bad for you?
