A California toy company has announced a recall of 34,000 children’s bathtub toys due to a risk of laceration. Munchkin, Inc. announced the recall this week of their submarine bath toys, saying a child’s skin could be sucked up into the intake valve of the toy, posing a laceration risk. The company is reporting 19 instances of injuries among children
