: My Memphis Attorney!Who to Vote for In the Upcoming School Election
By attorneydavid
But in general its just like a school election. Its just going to be the cute popular outgoing people who win. So you might as well vote for them. If not then you can get that little spark of rebelliousness in going against the crowd.
Also, don't vote for anyone from a gigantic BD firm as they won't go to meetings as they don't have time. This also applies to married people. Board members should be like nun or priests. I don't fall into any the above, but between the blog and the practice I also don't have time and I'm not doing it for resumee fodder. The board has serious things to do like picking out bars for happy hours, which they have been doing an excellent job doing so vote for any incumbent.
I remember in high school I started a cooking club. I tried to put an officer attendance clause in their and was voted down by several future officers who never showed up.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
