: Patent Law Jobs by Patently-OPatent Prosecutor - Law Firm - Los Angeles, Calif.
By Dennis Crouch
Ladas & Parry, LLP, an international intellectual property law firm, has openings for patent prosecutors and for IP attorneys with their own books of business.
For the patent prosecution positions, the preferred candidate will have at least two years of prosecution experience and a BSEE. Those with engineering experience and those who are members of the State Bar of California will be preferred. Full- and part-time practitioners will be considered. Remuneration is based upon partner approved billed hours.
For those with their own books of business in the IP arena, compensation will be determined on billed and collected attorney hours both by yourself and other attorneys in the office for the work which you bring into the firm. This is a great opportunity for the sole full- or part-time practitioner looking to affiliate with a name firm.
