A lengthy list of lawyers are lining up to be the next top federal prosecutor in Los Angeles, even though Senator Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., is not yet accepting applications for the job.
Thus far, seven people confirmed to the Daily Journal their intention to apply to become U.S. attorney for the Central District of California. Among them are Marc S. Harris, partner at Mayer Brown; Becky S. Walker, partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips; Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha, partner at White & Case; and Gary S. Lincenberg, partner at Bird, Marella, Boxer, Wolpert, Nessim, Drooks & Lincenberg.
