The ability to Court sniff for "structured settlement truffles" is not limited to the factoring industry. Apparently the legal community has recently observed an unprecedented number of structured settlement firm representatives loitering at and around Court clerk's offices getting information on new filings and then hitting up the lawyers for business.
Will litigants soon be treated to the smell of roasted peanuts and the mantra of the bulbous nosed circus vendor "Eh structured settlements he-yah, get yer structured settlements!" ?
