Car Accident Death Blamed on Cell Phone Distraction

Joliet, IL: In an effort to improve on car crash safety, many cities and municipalities are working on removing something from the car to make them safer, not adding to them. Cell phones, which come into play in more car crashes the more they are used. And if a recent crash near Joliet is any indication, even a cell phone in a car, turned on but not being actively used, is a car accident waiting to happen.
