The devil is in the details; oh yes, he is. Especially of Civ Pro. Which I hated as a 1L and never really learned all that well, because trying to learn it for the bar is NOT FUN AT ALL.

I seem to have a productivity crash on Thursdays. Last week I thought it was because we had a few glasses of wine on Wednesday night, but it happened this week too. C'est la vie, I am going to have to work around it for another couple of weeks I suppose. I'm getting in some long hours on Monday - Wednesday, so I suppose yesterday was just a short day in comparison. Today is better than yesterday, but not as good as Wednesday so... who knows.

I just wish I knew what would be enough. 50 hours a week? 70? 80? Do I need to put in a 100-hour week to pass this thing? Can I even do anything like this for 100 hours a week? (The answer to that last question is probably a resounding "no.")

Sadly, my crystal ball is broken right now. I hope what I am doing is enough, because it really feels like I am doing everything I can. And I really do not ever want to have to do this again.

Back to Civ Pro. Deep, heaving sigh.
