A group of clever libertarian youths tried to have a dance party on the steps of the Jefferson monument, or order to celebrate his birthday.

Everyone brought an iPod and danced to themselves for 10 minutes from 11:55 PM to 12:05 AM.

Except DC police broke it up.

When one of the dancers asked why, they ARRESTED her. Seriously. A dancing libertarian celebrating Jefferson's birthday.

Sounds like a good civil rights suit to me.
