All Tied Up In a Bow

I don't want you to start crying, but your Daddy might want to add this photo to his pin-up collection. This is the one that I had actually found taped to the wall in the executive washroom on 17, and I took the liberty of decorating my boat with it.

And if anybody asks, this is the only thing that I took that wasn't nailed down.

Gentlemen:
After being informed that we all share the same fashion sense, and because several of you may be needing to secure mortgages, I thought this would be a good time to jump in.

Andrew-I know that your client list has grown significantly in the past few months, and that you're probably in the market for a second or a third home.

With mortgage rates as low as they are, I'd be happy to arrange for a BofA specialist to work with you on a preferred jumbo package. BTW, since I've got some legal issues in front of me, perhaps we can work something out that makes sense for both of us.

Pete: I'm pretty certain that we can arrange a jumbo for Marion's place in Palm Beach. If you want, we can probably do a "combo-jumbo" that includes the place in Old Westbury. Thanks to a special program at BofA, we can get you as much as $15 million. All you need to do is tell me where you want the money wired to.

Bob: I'd offer to do arrange something for you too, but we're going to have to make sure that the property appraisal is done by somebody other than "PBCC". The lending department reviewed the below file you submitted with your golf handicap, and there were some red flags.

If you can resubmit the paperwork, and have Marcia Cohn or Paul K sign off on the numbers, now that Amy is out of the picture, I'm positive that Greg Curl will approve a loan package for you.

And he can do it just as quickly as the package he arranged for John Thain. Everybody wound up a winner in that deal!
