Bernie's Bat & Ball : There's NO Conflict

All of these fukakta news people crowding outside the building is making me laugh. Ruth and I had an early breakfast next to Equinox, and I worked out the conflicts in my aching neck.

So-Ira, I'm stopping off to pick up some more Clomipramine, and I''ll be by your office in time for our meeting with Avellino. If you're ordering in sandwiches, call up Grace's and charge it to our account. I'll have the usual-smoked salmon, cucumber, cream cheese on black bread.

If I had known we were going to have the meeting downtown with Judge Chin at 3, we would have sold tickets for that show too, but we've arranged for anybody that thinks that they got screwed to log in right here and get their jollies over a live internet broadcast.

Next: I'm thinking that Judge Chin likes Chinese food, and we'll probably be pretty hungry after court, so Ruth made a reservation for 6 at a China1.

The place is near the courthouse, and we'll pick up Baby Ruth and Sue Blumenfeld on the way...Ruth said something about wanting to re-do the den in "more earthy tones," so the girls are doing some shopping. What do I know?

Next: To those morons that think there's some type of conflict just because Frankie Dipascali hired Mark Mukasey before the shit hit the fan, you're off base. Its my bat and ball, and when I say you're off base, that means you're off base.

The same holds true for the idiots that think "it was more than a coincidence" when Andy's wife Debbie decided to file those divorce papers. She's been taken care of, enough said.

Next: Midas Touch Madoff...As always, I picked the bottom the other day. Exactly why everyone that had invested with A&B simply agreed to have their accounts moved over to us. A stroke of genius, right Ira? That's exactly why we're talking to Irving about moving everyone's accounts in to MIDAS. News pending..
