Das neue Skript Internetrecht wird im Laufe der neuen Woche ins Netz gestellt.
Mit Stand September 2008 wurden vielfältige Änderungen integriert, unter vielem (!) anderen:
- mehr als 200 neue Urteile und 100 neue Aufsätze
- die Umsetzung der Enforcement-Richtlinie zum 1.9.2008 und erste Urteile
- das neue Werberecht
- geplante Änderungen zur Telefonwerbung, der Gesetzesentwurf vom Juni 2008 zum Fernabsatz und der Richtlinienentwurf über General Consumer Rights
- die geplanten Änderungen zum Scoring und Adresshandel.
