My little brother just started law school (silly boy) and in his first week has passed his first milestone...reading Pennoyer v. Neff for civ pro.Ah, Pennoyer v. Neff. The memories. This was the FIRST case I briefed for law school. I think I read it 20 times trying to understand it. Only after the lecture did I realize how far off I was. I will never forget trying to comprehend it and thinking, "shit, if this is what law school is like, I don't think I will make it." Good job, boy!
