Yes, I'm usually the last one to catch up on the good news...especially when that good news is involves Public Defense in Texas! Muddying Up Cases

Posted on January 14, 2008
I wonder sometimes if keeping up with this whole anonymity thing is worth it. It becomes such a pain in the ass sometimes.I mean, would it be too obvious if I closed down this blog and started another Public Defender Investigator blog a week later? I really do think it would make things easier on me sometimes...

I Need To Earn It...

Posted on January 07, 2008
The Rodney.I don't think I deserved it and if I hadn't been the ONLY Public Defender Investigator in my category, I wouldn't have received my Rodney...my sweet, sweet, disgustingly awesome RODNEY, VICTORY IS MINE!!! I think receiving a single vote in your own category is overrated anyway...

Follow-Up: The Tasing Of A Fellow Bro

Posted on October 30, 2007
Some of you might have read my post on Andrew Meyer, the kid that was tased at a John Kerry speech. Well, it turns out that he WILL NOT be facing any criminal charges for the incident. Not So Anonymous From The San Joaquin Superior Court

Posted on October 10, 2007
Generally, I don't do a lot of snooping on the people that come to my simple and boring blawg UNLESS they start posting nasty, hateful shit. You want an example?Today at 3:28pm, I received a comment on my recent post about Shelwanda Riley:Anonymous said...

Taser Technology

Posted on October 10, 2007
I've never a fan of the Taser Technology. Well, let me clarify that. I've never been a fan of the Taser because of its ease of abuse by law enforcement. Never to let go of a perceived new thing, companies out there have developed...Wireless Taser's.Fan-Fuckin-Tasic.

Bad Cops

Posted on October 08, 2007
Well, I don't think I need to tell you all how I feel about the incident involving the Fort Pierce Police Department Officer that punched and pepper sprayed a 15 year-old girl for violating curfew. My reasoning is very simple. You have a 6' 3", 255 lb police officer working on the force for a while who should know better...

Wow. 7 Hours really flies when you're having fun. I finished downloading all of Deborah Jeane Palfrey's telephone records when I got home and have worked on converting all the files to OCR. What a pain in the ass.I'm starting with the newest telephone records and working my way back, only stopping and spending extra time on the interesting sequential cellular and landline telephone numbers (more chances that they are related to a business or government organization) that pop up...
