| Ford Motor Co. has announced the recall of about 1,600 newly-built Ford Explorers due to safety problems with the second-row seats. The company has announced that the seats may not provide the proper strength required by law in the event of a crash. The recall covers 2011-model year Explorers made between July and December of last year. |
