Former USC QB Arrested for California Drug Sales

Ex USC quarterback Mitch Mustain is out on bail after being arrested for selling drugs. This means that he most likely violated Health and Safety Code 11352 HS California?s law against selling or transporting drugs. This arrest comes as he is preparing for the NFL draft. Although not much has been released about the investigation or arrest, we do know that the arrest was the result of a sting operation. ?Sting operations? are a common way for police to investigate California drug sales charges. These operations are usually conducted undercover either in-person or via the Internet, or from observation/surveillance posts.
