Women, Children and the ?Shop of Horrors?

Kermit Gosnell's office is correctly called a 'shop of horror' because one could never refer to it as a medical office; nor would I refer to him as a doctor, because no doctor would participate in such atrocious acts. As the story unfolded, I kept questioning:

... Why would someone do this?

... How could this occur?

... How can there be no protections in place to prevent this from happening?

... How can there be such utter disrespect for women and these babies?

... How can individuals be so utterly cold and callous?

I am both a nurse and an attorney. It has always been my passion to care for those who are injured, to protect the vulnerable, and be the voice for those individuals who cannot speak for themselves. This is about being human. This far exceeds discussions about abortions. How can all these people, who knew what was going on throughout many years, turn their backs on what was being done to other human beings. Please feel free to share your thoughts.
