Eccleston Law Investigates American Pegasus for Fraudulent Misuse of Fund Assets

By James Eccleston

ADVERTISEMENTS

Eccleston Law investigates two San Francisco investment adviser firms, American Pegasus LDG and American Pegasus Investment Management, for defrauding investors in the American Pegasus Auto Loan Fund, which is a $100 million hedge fund that invested in subprime automobile loans.

Also under investigation are Benjamin P. Chui, Triffany Mok and Charles E. Hall, Jr., for their improper self dealing, misuse of client assets, and conflicts of interest related to the fraud.  Chui apparently used millions of dollars that he improperly borrowed from the hedge fund to prop up other hedge funds and businesses that he managed.

Eccleston Law represents individual and institutional investors to recover their investment losses caused by securities and investment fraud.  If you have information about the parties above or have lost money investing in a hedge fund, please contact Jim Eccleston at the Eccleston Law Offices at 312-332-0000.
