Two MoFo veterans join Jones Day's Irvine office

Labor and employment attorneys Robert Naeve and Steven Zadravecz joined Jones Day's Irvine, Calif. office as partners.

They both were previously at Morrison & Foerster, with Naeve chair their Orange County office's labor and employment department. Naeve, Zadravecz and several incoming associates from MoFo will launch a labor & employment practice at Jones Day's Irvine office.

Naeve focuses on complex civil litigation, specifically unfair competition litigation involving allegations of theft of trade secrets, wrongful solicitation of employees, breach of duty of loyalty, and enforcement of pre- and post-term non-competition agreements. He also advises retailers and other businesses on public accommodation access laws, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and California Unruh Act.

Zadravecz represents employers in all aspects of employment law.  He also lectures to employer and management groups and conducts in-house workshops regarding compliance with California and federal employment laws.
