Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum one to five years experience in patent prosecution and be registered to practice before the USPTO. Qualified candidates preferably have a broad range of experience with developing, integrating and employing computer science technology and should have substantial knowledge of interface standards, such as communication networks and protocols (including Transport Layer, Network Layer and Link Layer protocols), hardware standards, operating system internals, databases, information security, software development tools, languages and other Web related components.
