City of Tacoma Dispensaries (Promises Made)

Let me bring you up to speed. First, eight dispensaries received cease and desist letters. Then, the masses gather at a City Council Meeting and Rob McNair-Huff said, “The City Council is not in favor of getting between patients who have a legitimate medical need and access to that medicine.” It was promised that this matter would not be visited until after the next legislative session. So now what? The Office of the Hearing Examiner has decided to go ahead set a date for a Pre-Hearing Conference in November and the beginning of December for all eight dispensaries. Is this a matter of the left hand not knowing? The answer is still unclear as we have not heard back from the Hearing Examiner for the City of Tacoma.
