Basement, Story, and Day Before

For the first time in a year, I am actually studying downstairs in the law library basement. It actually reminds me more of being in 1L than 2L (since I was almost always downstairs for 1L).

I saw a trailer and read up about the upcoming movie that was based upon the book I Am Legend. Ah crap! After looking at bits and pieces of what I Am Legend is about, turns out that my story is sort of the same (the main difference being that I am using zombies instead of vampires). I have not yet read I Am Legend, but the whole ?last human on Earth in the post-apocalypse world? is pretty much where I am going with my story. I am definitely still aiming at making it substantially different enough though. I did read about what I Am Legend is about, so while I am doing the same main general theme of surviving an outbreak, I am hoping to go into very deep political, sociologically, and psychological aspects and insights with my story (complete, of course, with zombies).

It will still take a while to finish, seeing how I recently wanted to add more sub-stories, but it is something that I know will make it better overall. I can?t wait to see if it?ll go somewhere far someday.

Anyway, it is my birthday tomorrow (shameless plug). I read up a lot over the weekend so I can just enjoy myself for Halloween. But since it is still the day before, I got to get some Business Associations readings done.
