London: First men arrested for using prostitutes under new laws

Telegraph: "The men were detained after visiting an alleged brothel in east London. They were held under new legislation, which came into force on Thursday, to tackle men who pay for sex and to help women forced into prostitution against their will. It states that a man paying for sex with a prostitute who is being exploited through force, deception or threats is breaking the law."
